Anthony Roper pre school End of Term 1 Newsletter

Dear Parents and Carers,
As we come to the end of Term 1, we’d like to take a moment to reflect on what a wonderful start to the year it has been. All of the children have settled in beautifully and have quickly become familiar with our daily routines. It has been a joy to watch new friendships forming, confidence growing, and lots of happy faces filling our classrooms each day!
This term we’ve enjoyed exploring Orchards, creating our own tree, cooking, people that help us, following our maps, “Colours and Shapes”, and “Autumn Adventures” the children have loved engaging in creative play, singing, and outdoor learning.
Keeping Our Children Safe After Pick-Up
Dear Parents and Carers,
We’d like to remind everyone of the importance of keeping a close eye on your children once they’ve been collected from our setting. After pick-up, children are under their parent or carer’s supervision, and we kindly ask that you ensure they stay with you at all times.
Please help us keep everyone safe by reminding your little ones not to:
- Run around the car park or playground areas.
- Climb on fences, gates, or play equipment that may not be in use.
- Touch materials or resources set out for the next day.
We understand that children are full of energy and curiosity, but with your support, we can make sure they stay safe and our environment remains ready for learning and play.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation — your support helps us keep our setting a safe and happy place for all!

We would like to thank all our families for your support throughout the term — from encouraging your little ones each morning to making sure all their belongings are named.
We wish you all a safe and restful break, and we look forward to seeing everyone’s smiling faces back for Term 2!
