Kindness Day

Today is Kindness Day. We have explored simple concepts around being kind to others. These happen all of the time, for example, giving up a toy to someone else to play with when you really want to keep it yourself or checking on a child who is crying if they have hurt themselves. These simple acts of kindness are celebrated and acknowledged by the team. In terms of specific activities, we have been sharing stories around kindness, with the Elmer stories being particularly good in explaining what kindness means.
