Our Autumn Woodland Adventure!

This week we went on a super fun Autumn Woodland Walk!

We wrapped up warmly in our coats and wellies and set off to the woods with our friends. Along the way, we:

• Collected colourful leaves, acorns, and pinecones
• Listened to the crunch of leaves under our boots
• Looked for signs of animals preparing for winter ️
• Talked about the colours, smells, and sounds of autumn

Back at preschool, we used our special nature finds for crafts and talked about all the beautiful things we saw. The children had such a wonderful time exploring and learning outdoors! ✨

Don’t forget: Please bring a warm coat and boots so we can keep exploring, whatever the weather!

Requests from the team 

If anyone has any old saucepans, cooking utensils, leaves, old flowers, conkers, etc that we could use in our mud kitchen we would be grateful. There is a basket out the front of the pre school to put them in.
