🌱 Garden to Plate at Pre-School 🌱

This week our children enjoyed a wonderful garden to plate experience! With the help of our fantastic volunteers from Eynsford in Bloom, we dug up our very own potatoes 🥔, carrots 🥕 and beetroot ❤️ from the pre-school garden.

The children helped to clean the vegetables, watched them being cooked and then bravely tasted what we had grown. Our potatoes were even turned into delicious homemade chips 🍟 – a big hit with everyone!

It was a lovely hands-on learning opportunity and a great way to encourage healthy eating and curiosity about where our food comes from. A big thank you to Eynsford in Bloom for their support 🌼👏
